I would hope as a retired IBMer this request would carry some weight since Fidelity houses the extremely large IBM 401k.Īll the contributions are mislabeled, so they tell me my company is putting 97% of my funds in, while I’m only contributing 3% (it’s been backwards for the 4 years I’ve had it). I have no idea why you would keep removing one of the most useful ‘pages’ available. I noticed another complaint dated 9/30 for the same issue. Please fix asap! You removed the portfolio positions tab (again)that listed 1 line for each position and among other useful information, it listed DAILY change for each position - i need this yesterday, and please stop removing this …i have also called IBM support and they said they opened a Ticket to tech support. I had to open and fund a td Ameritrade account, just to get the same info in a watchlist.
Fidelity refuses to restore the function. I am on my 4th back and forth with the removal of the ‘daily portfolio positions’ page that allowed you, with one click’, to see the previous days performance, both % and actual dollar amount’.
